Too bad the SEC can't find refferees worth a crap. I have seen some of the worst calls this year. This game was no exception.
On the flipside, has LSU's coaching staff lost their minds? They do some of the dumbest things.
WHat I can't understand is why they keep running the option- especially to the short side of the field. And maybe, just maybe they should let Russell Shepard throw the ball one time to loosen up the D.

That and a lot of other dumb crap like trying to block a punt down 6 pts in the 4th qtr. Not reusing plays that worked again like 4 receivers lined up on one side, etc. Burning timeouts like they're unlimited and the list goes on and on. I think the players are pretty good, the coaching staff however, needs some help.
Interesting game. After watching the FL/Arkansas game a couple of weeks ago and then this game yesterday, the officiating in the SEC is by far the worst in the country. The SEC wanted a BAMA/Florida Championship and the refs were definitely funneling things in that direction. There is so much money involved that the league could lose a lot of money if things don't go that way.
You are right mojo.....wait, LSU got hosed on a no pass interference call b/c it was uncatchable....the same exact play in the first half and Bama gets the call. Oh, and I guess you think that catch was not an INT??
i tell you what...a meteor could hit the town of tuscaloosa, whipe it clear away, and i would go and piss on the ashes. terrible hospitality. the preferred jeer wasnt even "roll tide" it was "F___ LSU".
come gameday...we set up at 7 am right next to the denny chimes and battled of cops,firemen,rent a cops, state police all day.
first they said no music was allowed, but when we pointed out to them that you could hear music blasting over the quad and they went away.
then they came back and said no open flame to cook jambalaya, but then we pointed out the 50 bbq pits smoking all around us
then they came back and said no generators were allowed (we had the quiet honda that they found by overturning the box covering it), then we pointed out to them the honda dealership tent selling the same exact generators 70 feet away. they still tried to make arrests so the bama tailgate right next to us showed the only hospitality of the weekend by letting us plug into their power strip (its ok for them to have power and generators)
then they came back and said in the state of alabama, tapped kegs are considered open containers and are illegal...but open cups and cans of beer in hand are not open containers. we pointed out the guys next to us had 2 kegs, but they still threatened to fine every person there 500 and a trip to the local jail. by the way, its only state law in tuscaloosa; apparently not auburn, because we brought plenty of kegs last year, not one law enforcement official said a word all day.
that is all just the tailgating, i am not even going to touch on the predetermined outcome of the game.
I've been to every SEC venue, and been to BAMA 4 times--I've never encountered so many a-holes, such poor sportmanship, so many foul mouthed d!ckweeds in all my life. You guys stooped to the bottom. Congrats bama-the most pathetic fans I've ever witnessed.

Yea, us bama fans register right above trashy lsu **** asses. LSU fans are among the most toothless fans.
One of my first trips to T-Town back in the late 90's was very memorable. They were having a big event at the Bear (I was the first to pay players) Bryant Museum for all of the fans who had named their kids after the Bear. I was thinking they would have maybe a handful of people there.....WRONG. There wer at least two hundred people there named after the bear.....AWESOME!!
