I competed in the SEC and visited every school but Ol Miss and Miss St (didn't have swimming at those schools) and have been to football games at most schools as well. I found Auburn and Alabama to be the most disrespectful and vile of all of them. My parents used to complain about how bitter and unfriendly the Auburn and Alabama fans were in the stands at SEC & NCAA championships every year.

Talk about the game if you like but you have no right to belittle me or other LSU fans, especially with the quality of people I've met on this site. The holier than thou attitude of the Bama faithful is old and tiresome.

I miss the days of old with Bama coaches getting busted in strip clubs and enduring 4-7 seasons. The fans were much more humble back then.

If you will bother to go back and look, the only uncivil thing I have said is a direct quote from MakoMyDay's post blasting Alabama fans. I'm truly sorry that you have had unpleasant encounters with some idiot Bama fans, but if you are trying to say that some LSU fans aren't as bad or worse, then you are either clueless or dishonest. I've been to Baton Rouge for games, and your fans are equally capable of the same asshattery that you encountered. Please follow the link in one of the previous posts reporting the experiences of some of your own fans dressing as Bama fans.
Now I do admit to calling the conspiracy theorists idiots, but that's just a fact. If you want to complain about lousy officiating, I'll be happy to agree that they missed obvious calls, for both sides. If you are trying to say that the officials were fixing the game because of instructions from the SEC, then you're an idiot.
Together and you have it at it's worst. Please pass this on to any media you know. 7 plays. 7 of them. From 2 point conversions, to TD's, to interceptions. The only thing we can do know is create enough media storm to see EVERYTHING. While most saw 1 play and focused on that, there were 6 others just as bad.
We'll start with the 1st Drive. Jefferson is clearly past the 1st down marker and Johnny Crawford comes back from the top and marks him short. His whole body was past the 37.
Play 2: The spearing of Jefferson in front of Ritter

Pic 3- Deaderick is planting the crown in Jefferson chest. Ritter has looked right at him the whole time. Never reached for a flag.
Play 3- The Extra yard on the roughing the kicker penalty. A 5 yard penalty marked off 6 yards. The ball is clearly on the 50 pre-snap for the punt and clearly inside the 45 and almost at the 44 on the snap.
Play 4- Pass Interference on the 2 point conversion. Gary Danielson stated on CBS that facegaurding was legal. What is not legal is putting your hands on a WR when he beats you and is trying to make a catch. Again, no-call and clear as day.
Play 5- Bama's LT Carpentar's block in the back of Taylor on Julio's TD.

Pic 3: Video- Don't give me the Julio touched it and he was out of bounds so the ball was dead. Julio was cut off from it by Peterson's left shoulder. He never got to the ball.

Did you know that in a USM Alabama game many years ago (early 80's I believe) that Alabama benefitted from more penalty yards assessed to USM than they amassed in offense?
