Ok, so the "obvious" interception missed call is what lost the game for you tigers? So Lee is going to take control of the offense, lead them down the field and score? REALLY????? Shall i remind you of last years game? Every single one of you knew when Jefferson went out, the game was over. Lee can't cut it, period. As far as trashy fans, everybody has there own. How about the mid 40's gentleman my 7 y/o son and i were sitting next to saturday from baton rouge. He looked at my son and told him if his daddy had any nuts he would've been a tiger fan. I politely asked him to apologize, he did, then he got up and went to stand with some other LSU fans. I understand fans get caught up in the moment, but saying that to a 7 y/o? I am a pretty big guy (6'4" 285) and by just staring at this guy and asking him to apologize i believe i freaked him out a little.

Agreed. I am a passionate LSU fan, but I can never get to the poiunt where it is an us vs them. Hell, we ain't playing and chances are that most never played whatever sport competitively in their life.

Agreed...and I think the best team won. However, regardless who is playing, i sure wish the refs would get it right. It is sad to see a bad call after reviewing instant replay.
I've been to every SEC venue, and been to BAMA 4 times--I've never encountered so many a-holes, such poor sportmanship, so many foul mouthed d!ckweeds in all my life. You guys stooped to the bottom. Congrats bama-the most pathetic fans I've ever witnessed.

I tell you what really sucks is that everyone knows that the SEC championship should be the national championship but its not going to be. Alabama fans around the country have just replaced the Ole Miss fans in Central Mississippi as the most annoying fan base in modern football.
Florida destroys 'Bama again in ATL and Bama again will lose against a non BCS team in the Sugar Bowl because "they(Bama) only wanted to play in the national championship game. This game was a let down and "we" just didn't care enough to win." circa Alabama fans Jan 2009 after Utah whooped their ass.

That was one hell of a game, LSU should be proud of their team. We Bammers are proud and are looking for another shot at Mr "superstar" Tebow and then mow down whoever after that. That call should have went the other way but would not have changed the outcome. As far as obnoxious fans, both schools have their share. Next year's game should be just as big.

Only an idiot can really believe that the SEC is rigging the games to ensure an Alabama - Florida championship game, and your fellow classy LSU fans started this whole "worst fans in the world" crap.
It was another great SEC battle between two great teams. Sorry there was a questionable call, but them's the breaks. We've been on the receiving end of them before. See ya'll in Baton Rouge next year.
Yea I really do hope Bama puts it on Florida. Bama has become our big rival...but when we aren't playing them I usually pull for em...especially against that THUG Brandon Spikes...that whole incident was sickening. Hopefully Ingram will put him on his back a couple plays as payback for his eye gauging

We'll start with the 1st Drive. Jefferson is clearly past the 1st down marker and Johnny Crawford comes back from the top and marks him short. His whole body was past the 37.
Play 2: The spearing of Jefferson in front of Ritter
Here is pic 1. Ritter is looking right at it.
Pic 2- Ritter has not changed his viewpoint. Deaderick is lowering his head.
Pic 3- Deaderick is planting the crown in Jefferson chest. Ritter has looked right at him the whole time. Never reached for a flag.
Play 3- The Extra yard on the roughing the kicker penalty. A 5 yard penalty marked off 6 yards. The ball is clearly on the 50 pre-snap for the punt and clearly inside the 45 and almost at the 44 on the snap.
Play 4- Pass Interference on the 2 point conversion. Gary Danielson stated on CBS that facegaurding was legal. What is not legal is putting your hands on a WR when he beats you and is trying to make a catch. Again, no-call and clear as day.
Play 5- Bama's LT Carpentar's block in the back of Taylor on Julio's TD.

good stuff neal. i thought the calls were horrible and the management of the game was not the best. where did the timeouts go
