Wise decision. I went out Saturday with a friend. We launched out of Pascagoula. The bay wasn't bad, but once we got about 6 miles south of Petit Bois, the seas were as advertised... Solid 3-4ft with some 6 ft'ers thrown in. We trolled the 1st structure for about an hour and landed 1 nice king and had several other strikes. I was getting ill, so we went back to the island and got in some recovery time.

It was bumpy on Saturday. We fished a tourney out of Orange Beach and it made for a long day. We were on a 50+ foot charter boat and it was not very comfortable.

Wife and I ended up riding the waverunners around bay st. louis and wolf river on sunday. It was very calm and nice out, but the t-storms were everywhere. We managed to get in a few hours of riding before we were surrounded. I'm hoping things settle down a bit too, though the storms are typical for this time of year.
