not that it matters for the future. I think a whle lot of people are going to be pizzed when the reduced tidal flow from the gulf completely reforms the Pontchartrain estuary. This is a good thing long term, porpoises and snapper near past cypress swamps are the result of a manmade disaster.
We'll all be much safer, it will take much more storm to flood N.O. when the MRGO is closed but the fishing near the city many have gotten used to WILL change.
