Default Orange Beach...Anyone been out??

Got the boat down at Sportsman in Orange Beach right now and was wondering if anyone has been offshore lately? Water according to Hiltons looks pretty shabby...but this shouldn't effect the bottom fishing much. Looking to keep it within 60 miles of perdido pass. Which direction should I head for snapper/ajs. I was thinking the rigs southwest in 100-400ft? Is this a good area to be fishing or is it all hit to hard? Any help would be appreciated...very unfamiliar with the lay of the land. The only wreck spots I would have are on the hiltons map and half of them don't exist it seems like. Thanks again

Was out of Dauphin island over the 4th and headed SW both to find clean water. pretty good snapper on bottoms in 100'+ AJ on almost all rigs we hit in more then 100'. Did not catch many snapper at all on the rigs. (The rigs seem to be hit pretty hard, the only time we were alone at a rig was late in the afternoon about 51 mile out in 210')
