Does anyone know anybody who can deploy reefs. Ive got a real good hookup on reefs. Have two seperate good friends that can make them for me for very cheap!!

Just need someone with a barge!

I do not recall. He dropped some chicken coupes for the Mar-T a couple of years ago in time for Katrina to scatter them to the four corners of the globe. It was reasonable though.

To answer your question, as long as it is permitted material in a designated reef deployment area, yeppers.
