ANYONE KNOW WHERE REDFISH CAN BE COUGHT AROUND SHIP OR CAT ISLAND, I FOUND A SPOT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CAT ISLAND WHERE WE COUGHT SPECS BUT NO RED WHERE TO BE FOUND. NEED HELP!!!

You have to "work" Cat Island for redfish. South Bayou, all along the edges, would be a good place to try. I hope you have a shallow draft boat with a trolling motor. About this time of year, the big bull reds will school in between ship and cat. If you see them feeding (and you'll know it when you see it), cast anything into them and get ready for a fight.
