yea- there is not as many boats to choose from as there used to be though. louisiana shrimp season opened the other day so you should be able to find a boat selling shrimp.

Thanks. Hey dragn3 where in Long Beach do you live? I live in Pine Crest off Allen Rd. Where do you usually fish?

The reports thus far have been hit or miss. Some catching and some not. Starting June 6th there will be a boat right across from the boat launch (third slip over) that will have fresh shrimp. Call JC 216-4430

Some guysells fresh shrimp daily until 5pm across from the harbor on Hwy 90. He has a little shack set up there (where Harbor View restaurant used to be).
