how do you guys cook your flounder????fry, bake, grill etc

I may be in the minority but I love them fried. About 14 in. cant beat it...A little Tonys and corn meal....Fry it whole...............

I like mine stuffed and baked, make some Stove Top Stuffing and get yourself a tub of jumbo lump crab meat, cook stuffing and remove from heat and let cool then add crab meat then stuff fish and cook in oven, when finished top with Hollandaise sauce, man them is some good videls there.

Lets here somemore recipies.

Fillets in a greased baking pan. 2 parts mayo, 1 part dijon mustard. Little sour cream. pour on fish. Bake for 15 mins at 400. Works great for snapper and grouper too. You can put as little or as much of the mixture on the fish before baking as you'd like. Can add crab between fish and sauce, which is great.

stuff em, fry em, bake em or grill em is the bomb diggity!!! when you fry them whole, cut slits in them across the body about an 1.5" apart from the head to the tail. good stuff!!!
