Re: your favorite flounder recipe Fillets in a greased baking pan. 2 parts mayo, 1 part dijon mustard. Little sour cream. pour on fish. Bake for 15 mins at 400. Works great for snapper and grouper too. You can put as little or as much of the mixture on the fish before baking as you'd like. Can add crab between fish and sauce, which is great.
