small repairs you can j-b weld or use a product called "quik-aluminum"
big jobs need to be welded

We have an in-house expert--username WELDER. He's a welder by trade (big suprise), and has given advice on this subject.

PM him with any specific questions, I bet he'll give you some good info.

I completely reworked a 14' 1974 Lowe (great hull) that had some road rash from a trailering accident and a handul of leaky rivits.

I recommend it. Simple, easy.
