Default Hull Strip, Epoxy Coat, and bottom paint?

After the first year with my new old boat, a 1999 380 Sundancer, I'm thinking about what needs to be done next spring. The bottom paint was just ok last spring when I bought the boat according to my surveyor, so I'm think about having it stripped, epoxied, and bottom painted. I know there are several methods for stripping, soda blasting, walnut shells, etc., what is your experience? BTW with my shoulder, the total amount of effort that I'm going to put into this project, is research and write the check! Also what brands of products do you like? I hate to think about pulling the boat out of the water.
Anyone you like in the Metro Detroit area?
