Hayward Wisconsin fishing

I am headin up from Florida next Sunday for a week. Any suggestions on who to call for some good fishing. Probably just 1 day on Tuesday or Wed. with the wife.
Also bars or restaurants to hit while I am in town. We are staying on Durphee Lake south of town.
