Default Courtesy Flag Etiquette
Has anyone seen a pennant version of the Canadian flag used as a courtesy flag?

Is this considered proper, or is a rectangle more appropriate?

While smaller, courtesy flags meet all the same requirements for a normal flag for a given country. A pennant-style flag is improper and disrespectful.
