Hi,

Would this unit read while under the cover of my (soft) tee top?
Does the G2 charts that come with the unit include detailed charts of Casco Bay, Maine?

Should not be a problem at all especially withe High Sensitivity Chip that unit has. Clients have used it inside the cabin or in the car with no problem.

As far as chart coverage, it may be best to simply follow the link below to see if your area is covered (all US coastal waters and major lakes)
