I'm at a hotel in Fort Lauderdale because I was working up here this week. What do you guys think, would it be easier to just Uber from here at $100 each Way or drive into Miami park closer and grab an Uber from there?

Uber in Miami is good. On Wednesday night I Uber'd from the Marriott downtown to Monte's restaurant in south Miami for $2.75. The Yellow cab guy I talked to at the Marriott quoted me $27 for the same ride.

I just posted this in Dockside chat: The parking at, and bus's from Marlins Park went a lot smoother this year than last year. I would get there early, by 0830 (Marlins Park) and get the first bus. Then leave the show early (by 4pm) - otherwise in the later afternoon the line to get on the bus's will be loooong, afterwhich you will be mired in Miami's horrible rush hour traffic. Parking at Marlins Park (the baseball stadium) is $10, the bus ride to the show is free.

Drive to Miami, park at any of the designated parking sites and take the free shuttle to the Boat Show. The least expensive I found was Marlins Stadium where you pay $10 and ride the shuttle bus for 15 minutes to the show. If you get there early, you can probably park on Key Biscayne close to the boat show, but you'll be paying $40 and up and you still need to take a shuttle bus for a 3-5 minute ride to the entrance. Look up Miami Boat Show in Google and they have all the parking info there. You can also park at other locations and take a water taxi. Paying Uber from Fort Lauderdale to Miami and back would be a waste of money.
