Anyone here ever fish the island of Half Moon Cay? I'm thinking of booking soem fishing there. Was wondering which type of fishing would be more productive.. deep sea or shallow?

Fished there last week on Holland America cruise . Used my own tackle , spinning rod & 8 lb line . Used Yozouri lures 4 inch and walked to the beach over from where the life boats dock (right hand side) . They do not allow you to fish the main beach . Caught some bar jacks and ribon fish . Wear sneakers as the rocks/corral is sharp going over to the beach .
Flats fishing is a waste of time as the equipment they supply is useless and the offshore is only four hours and the only thing they catch are small baracuda.
