Will be in Marathon the last week in April - need some recommendations on good charter captain for offshore (primarily dolphin and sails) and inshore for tarpon.

Any help would be appreciated.

Any of the guys that chartef from key Colony are good. Used to be a guy, Bounty Hunter II that ran out of Faro Blanco that was good.

Capt. Bill has offered some good Keys advise to others on here...his web page looks professional and his prices are similar to others I've seen down here. If you are coming with any military folks (or retired), the MWR program offered some discoutned packages out of Key West, but I don't think they were much cheaper (if any) that Bill's prices.

Cudjoe isn't far from Marathon, cross the 7mi bridge and its one or two keys more...might as well support a THT friend.

Fished the Bay side Thur. & Fri. Had a mixed bag Grouper, Sea trout, Snapper, Yellow tail (something or other) and., Cobia. Fished the Gulf Stream on Sat. out of Big Pine Key. Seas were suppose to be 4-7 feet however they were more like 4-12 feet. We had Cobia to 40 lbs. and Sail Fish to about 75 lbs. What a blast!! Great area and very good people.
