Default boat partner

I have been looking at boats for some time and have concluded a boat partner may be a good way to go. I am new to Ponte Vedra area and would be interested in being 1/2 partner in a boat to split all expense etc. I am interested in something that can fish and cruise, wellcraft coastal 290 or Marlin 300 (Grady) with A/C and genset. would prefer to keep the boat in St Augustine or Jacksonville area. email me if interested in such. I am financially sound I just am reluctant to roll out all that loot if there isn't that much time to use it. Mark
