Coconut Palm Inn in Tavernier is a great little hotel...they are located bayside...and there is a ramp right there at the end of the street...they have a dock behind the hotel where you can tie up for free if you are staying there...I don't think the ramp is part of the hotel...you can find some info here: http://www.coconutpalminn.com/
Good luck...

islamorada has the famous Cheeca Lodge, but no dockage although. I am not sure about launch ramps, but had my 330 gw flatbedded down there and had coral bay marina right across highway (connected to gw dealership nextdoor, may have launch ramp) launch it with one those big lifts with the slings

We were at Islamorada over the Christmas holidays and there was a launch ramp and a nice-sized dock at the Hampton Inn chain motel oceanside. The motel was very good also with large rooms, a nice heated pool and an Outback restaurant directly on the property.

Like the man said what are your needs, I stay at the Edgewater Lodge on Long Key, small mom and pop place about $120 a night, but convenient to most everywhere and great access to fishing. They have ramp and docks but when a cold front starts to come through you must or should pull your boat. Here is a link that might also help. http://outdoorsbest.zeroforum.com/zerothread?id=100907

How much water does your boat draw? If it's a smaller boat, here's the place to stay. Good ramp, great dockage, in the middle of everything, but it's shallow getting out at low tide.

Breezy Palms is right next door to the Hampton Inn at Islamorada. While we were there, a Hydra Sports 33 Vector with trips was docked at Breezy Palms and he got out of their little marina OK.

How big is your boat? I always stay at the Ocean Point Condo's at the Southern end of Key Largo/North end of Tavernier (spell)? They have a small marina and boat dock. I purchased a 23' just to use at their ramp. You can "power, heavily" a 25'-27' on and off the trailer at high tide. Even at 1/2 tide the 23' is a beast to get on. However the people are very friendly, they have everything you need right there except bait/gas. As a matter of fact I'm booked there Easter.
Hello. I just saw your post asking for suggestions on where to stay in the Florida Keys. I own and rent a townhouse with a 30 foot boat slip at MM 88.5 (Islamorada) in Futura Yacht Club. Please visit www.brockhausrentals.com for photos, rates and openings. Also, take a look at www.VRBO.com and search under FL Keys for other rental ideas. Please let me know if you have any questions. Best, Rob
