Sea-trialed "Reely Hours" older sister today.... seller won't be back til Monday and we have an issue or 3 to resolve before we make a deal. GPS didn't work, they can't find the outriggers, and the hydraulic steering needs to be bled. After helping Reel Boobs with his hydraulic steering, I can say that I am somewhat qualified on the subject.

Stay tuned...next chapter to come....

The get together sounds good except for the dates you mention Mike. Trying to plan another trip (likely back to the Keys) around 8/4 to 8/12. Can we try other dates?

Any other dates in August are fine with me. I'm easy! I was just trying to get the ball rolling and see if there was any interest.

I'm in...just let me know when. Labor Day weekend is out, but most of the other weekends look OK at this point.

Saturday, August 25. Would this date work for anybody interested? I'm not great at organizing, but I'm willing to try. There are still a number of Lake Lanier THT'ers I haven't met!

Hi Gang!

I have been away from the forum for a while but have been watching the dialogues.

I would love to get together with you all in August. Getting the boat back tomorrow from the "spring tune up" although it is July - WOW am I late getting on the lake.

May be up this weekend if anyone is out.

Take Care

I expect to be around most of August so count me in for a planned rendezvous.

In the mean time it looks like I finally will be up to the lake this weeknd so if any of you are out and about 4 Mile stop by or give me a hail on VHF.

August 25 should work out OK. Robby will be off to school by then and things will quiet down! Let me make sure there are no conflicts with the family but I say let's work torwards that date.

Should be at the lake this weekend - stop by if you are around. Harv, rode by your place a few weeks ago on the Waverunner but it didn't look like you were up.

Something just occurred to me. If we can wait until 8/25 for the get together, that will give Brian time to trade boats a couple more times...

What's the latest Brian?

Its my sole mission in life to keep ya'll in suspense....

Have one deal pending but still waiting for them to get duplicate titles. Not sure what the hangup is because the SC DNR will issue them if you walk into the office.

In the meantime, looking at 2 other possibilities...both of which can close quickly. And yes, all 3 are Gradys....

Parth - You Da Man!

If you need a ride on a "no -fish" boat you are always welcome on mine.

I am loaded with my trusty Zebco 33 and my chartruse Crappie Jig - works like a champ in the right hole!

This is off topic but my buddy Jay in Pompano has bought a new Grady Release with 250F's and is selling his Mako. It is a solid boat in great condition. It has just been listed on THT if you know any one in the market.

http://www.thehulltruth.com/forums/t...159860&posts=1

Thanks.

Guys and gals, I have been reading about the THT Sept. Fishing Tournament in the OBX. Is anyone up for a team to represent the ATL THT'ers? Let me know. I don't want to miss another THT trip.

Brian, whats the good word on your next boat?

Tournament, Fishing, OBX! I must read more and I'm a team player! Never been up that way, but not afraid either! Let's work on something.

Time for another weekly update.....and only a little bit of news to report.

The original one that we had a handshake on but no titles is going sideways, I am afraid. This morning the broker told me he had the titles and would fax them right over today. No fax ever showed.

Made an offer on boat #2 and was hoping for a call back, but none yet.

Boat #3 is scheduled for a sea trial on Tuesday of next week....irregardless of what happens with #1 or #2.

Confused yet? I sure am......
