Ok, how many of us live in the Orlando area, you know where you live, are you close enough for a Central Florida (Orlando area) get together. Almost every GT is located near the ocean inlet areas, there must be enough of us who trailer our boats to either coast that would like to have a GT. Talk fishin, have a few drinks, get to know each other, have a few drinks, put names with faces, have a few drinks, maybe even get a new fish'n pardner or pardners and have a few drinks.
I for one am every interested in a GT...anyone else?

Sounds like fun, I wont be home till the 20th im form deland so im close enough and I dont trailer my boat its my house but id like to get together and meet some of y'all

TB - I'm in the Conway area & keep the boat at Storage USA on Semoran just south of University. We mostly target Dolphin or Tuna out of the Port but haven't been out in 3 months.
Well, if we could have a few more show some interest in a THT GT for this Greater Orlando area it would be nice to put something together. Come on everyone in the area, it doesn't have to be before Christmas & New Years...we can do a small GT anytime as far as I'm concerned....

live in winter springs...east of orlando and trailer the boat to stuart or canaveral mainly. would like to get together whenever work doesnt conflict. but good idea.
What "goingcatchin said....Come to a meeting. You don't have to be a member to attend. There's a bunch of folks that show up early for food and drink and conversation. The CFOA has a speaker at each meeting with excellent and interesting information. Check out the CFOA!
Yep! Just like this forum, when we decide to have a GT everyone who uses this forum will be invited.
I'm thinking sometime in early Feb, as everyone will still be getting over the holidays during January.
We can find a Mutual location for some food and beverages and just general BS talk, and maybe plan a cook-out for a water related GT or something. Maybe even do some fishing.......

I stay at metro west about twice a month, but live in Holiday. If I am in town I could show up, I am burned out of doing the parks & other stuff. I never seem to have time to make the get togethers in my own area but look for something to do when in Orlando I stay 3-4 days at a time.
I have a lot on my plate right now for the next couple of months, however....I'm going to try and set up something toward Feb....I post up in advance so everyone will know also....
