Default Anchoring close to Sky Way

How close to Sky Way are boats allowed to anchor? My favorite spot used to be close to bridge, but that was about 25 years ago.I broke the wife favorite rod and left 2 anchors there but still liked it. After 9-11 lots of things changed.

thanks Kilburn

I'm not aware of any restrictions at all. Stay far out of the channel.

The rules were just relaxed after the more strict 911 laws. They are posted on every bridge support and dolphin. I beleive it is outside of hundred feet from any bridge support, but I don't remember. But on any given weekend you'll see people anchored all over the place, tied off to the dolphins, etc. But then the fuzz comes through tells you to move and warns you that next time you get a ticket.

I should have mentioned that I much prefer to troll around the bridge and pull up keeper grouper right next to the boats that are anchored with people catching grunts.
