When I moved from Broward in 1998 the whole ICW was slow speed in winter months but 25 mph the rest of the year.

Has this changed? Is it slow speed throughout the ICW in Broward all year now?

Also, I remember a group of homeowners down near Sunrise Blvd demanding a full time Slow Speed zone from Las Olas to Sunrise. Did they prevail?

Yes lotsa slow speed in south broward. It took me nearly 2 hours to get from Dania to Miami when I brought my boat home.....
I usually go to the Haulover sandbar and south of that now....
