2006 Marlago 35' Open Fisherman Center Console with 250 Verados.

Black Hull w/White Interior & White Hardtop, Mercury Motors warrantied until April 2012, only300 hrs, Garmin Electronics and Radar, Boat is in Great Condition. This boat runs 59 mph (empty), cruises very comfortably and dry. This boat turns head everytime it's out!

Payoff on vessel: $96k
REMOVED BECAUSE DOCK OWNERSHIP IS NO LONGER REQUIRED.

Three of us have shared ownership of the boat and indoor dock at Sanibel Harbour Yacht Club jointly. See www.shycfl.com This marina provides full service, white glove concierge treatment and regular car-pump price on fuel.

We lost our third man, and are looking for someone who would like to share ownership of the boat (you don't be involved w dock ownership though).

BIG UPDATE:

Naturally, the dock @ Sanibel Harbor Yacht Club is still the boat's home and the boat will remain there. You may partner in this boat without buying into the dock at all.

The partnership arrangement on the boat is still offered and is now available for only $550.00 per month which covers 1/3 of the boat payment, taxes, and insurance.

btt.... I know there's somebody here in Fort Myers that wants to own this boat with me right? It's only $550 per month and the payoff is less than $90k. So pm me!

No longer do you need to own the dock with me. So enjoy SHYC without the fee's.

The hull seems to be pretty efficient, 1.8 mpg @ 38mph. As far as the draft- I couldn't tell you exactly, I'd guess 18-20" at rest. I can tell you that I use this boat everywhere I did with my 21 Bay Boat, so it requires no more than a bay boat.

I live in Naples too! It's only 40 minutes to SHYC during season... and only 30 minutes for me in the summertime cause you can shortcut through Ft Myers Beach off season.

$550! a month covers it all.... boat / insurance / marina dues! NEVER WASH A BOAT AGAIN!
