That is a great location. You are right on the ocean but really close to Vaca Cut for access to the Gulf. We usually stay on 75th street, which is a little longer run to the Cut.

How bizarre! Out of pure curiousity, I clicked to look at the pics and unbelievably, it's the house we rented 2 yrs ago Oct!! We got a GREAT deal for the week at the time and tried to re-rent it this past Oct., contacted the guy who "managed" the property and he said it was foreclosed on, so out of luck...explains the great rate, but also why it needed some definate updating...

House looks much improved, it's a great location and we caught plenty just off the dock...which, by the way, is a nice dock.

Funny....congrats on your new purchase!
