Default Stratos 21' fish/ski boat

We are moving to the lower Keys and are looking for a family boat to use. Primary use will be recreational outings with dog and small kid - no offshore deep sea fishing. Interested in fishing the flats, but don't want to commit to a true flats boat. Am looking at a Stratos 21' fish/ski realizing that any fish/ski combos are probably half-ass at both. Realistically that may be just fine for us as this is our first boat anyway. I'm still trying to research what we want, but try to find a suitable boat locally.

Any thoughts on that particular boat or other recommendations?

Thanks for any input.
