Rickenbacker Marina Key Biscayne

Anyone got any info on this marina, good or bad?? I'm thinking of leaving my little boat on the dry racks with them for the winter. I've already stopped in and check out the operation and spoke to the people in the office, all looks good on the surface. I am interested in any info regarding service or crime. Thanks in advance.
