I am looking for a place to store my boat over the winter months that is secure and convenient.I would also like the place to offer accomodations when I come down.Last year I noticed a couple of boatels in Marathon as I crossed Vaca Cut but cannot recall their names.Any suggestions out there?I would prefer an indoor storage facility for my 26 Regulator.

I don't know one place where you can stay that will also store your boat, unless you're thinking about the Boathouse project with the condos next door. The Boathouse is offering rack storage for sale, the condos are for sale, both offer rentail programs, but don't have experience with either one. If you Google Singh properties you ought to be able to find more info on the internet.

I have a condo at Islamorada mm 74.5 that I rent out. It has a boat slip that comes along with it. Across the canal I store my boat at Sandy Cove Marina. It is a great place. Below is the link for the Condo.
