Sarasota Fishing - End of September

I will be visiting Seista Keys, FL September 24th through 26th. I plan on renting a boat from CB Outfitters and spending one day fishing Sarasota Bay in and around Seista Keys.

I normally fish the Chesapeake Bay and near shore Mid-Atlantic. Because I will be visiting only for a short time, I would like to maximize my fishing fun and would greatly apprechiate any advice for fishing the Sarasota Bay, including:

Hot Spots,
Fish to Target,
Live Bait v. Artificial,
Type of Artificial Lures to Use,
Rig set up and Presentation, and
any other advice you belive would be useful.
