Default Palm Beach Dry Stack / Lift

Well after trailering the boat since May, I think we are going to either go back to dry stack, or rent a lift ... at least for the next 3 months. I am just tired of dealing with the ramp parking lots being full. Plus to park my rig, I need 2 parking spots in order to be able to pull in and finally end up 1 spot (36 foot tri axle trailer and crew crab truck). This is causing us to launch during off hours or known bad / predicted weather, basically when the rest of the world is not launching.

I am looking for suggestions...... I like having the boat at home so I can tinker with it, but over the summer the times the family wants to be on the boat, just doesn't make trailering practical, as everyone in Palm Beach County also wants to be out at the same times. I am looking for any other suggestions.....

-Are there any private boat launches, or maybe a club that offers launching that I could pay to join?

-I can go back to dry stack for just under $500 per month and be right between Jupiter and Lake Worth Inlet ... does any know of other dry stacks, giving good deals right now?

-Does anyone know someone willing to rent a lift?

Any suggestions or information would be greatly appreciated......

I have the same problem with a big truck and long trailer. Your best bet would be high and dry storage or if you get lucky finding a homeowner with a backyard lift. Try looking in the paper for them....i;ve seen a few pop up from time to time.

You say $500/month for high and dry....where have u priced? There is the riviera high and dry right there next to blue heron bridge....my buddy stored there before....dont remember what he paid though.

PGA is $483 per month. I found a homeowner with a lift close to Blue Heron, but they wanted $600 per month. For that price I would just assume to go back to dry stack.

I went to a marine flea market yesterday at a sailing club that had a private launch for club members. I wonder of there is anything like that for power boats. I am ready to buy a lot on the intercoastal, put in pay to launch ramp, and start a new business at this point....

I know about the new ramp ...1800 Boradway... and it was full with an officer out front at 8:00am yesterday. I stopped in and checked it on the way to Marine Flea Market yesterday. I had a few minutes, so we also drove down to Curry Park which was no better. The options are either drystack, a private lift, or a club of some sort if one even exists for power boats. I am just looking for specific suggestions or either of those options....
