BOLO---BE ON THE LOOKOUT for 2 Contenders stolen from White Sound Elbow Cay early yesterday morning

#1---a new ICE BLUE Contender 31ft with two 250hp Yamahas--this boat has less than 10 hours on it
#2---a 2003 Contender 36ft white with navy blue bottom paint/ three 225hp Yamahas and registration # FL 735MH

Do not approach these vessels if seen--contact your local police or MH Police on 242-367-2560 or VHF channels 16 and 80

Word on the Street is that they were topped with Fuel and stolen between 5 and 545am. They rode right by our 31' to get to get em.

My brother in law was in that group. His friends 31 Contender had 10 hours on it.I have not spoken to him yet .But,I believe they were at the Seaspray Resort and Marina.

I was in Marsh Harbor last month and fished with one of the local Alburys. His 34 Venture had been stolen out of his father-in-law's back yard a few months back. The next morning he rented a helicopter and found it near Nassau. He was lucky. He now has motion sensors and alarms all over the dock and back yard.
BTW take an extra set of props or get locking hubs for them.

Unfortunatly, i also had the misfortune of having a contender stolen, found stripped in Nassau.
Believe me, the locals all know who is doing it, including the authorities but wont stop it. "what you worried about you have insurance"!
