Just closed on a canal home in New Port Richey!

Will be looking for a used boat over the next 12 months...22'-24' CC. Haven't owned a boat or done any meaningful fishing since I was a teenager on LI.

Really looking forward to fishing the Gulf!

I think technically it's part of Gulf Harbors...but it's the northern part of the development...Sea Forest.

I'm renting back to the seller for a couple of months...can't wait to get moved in!

I used to live there. Nice people, great fishing. Make sure you join the GH fishing club, meets every 1st Monday of the month I think.
