Default New license tag

To all Florida THT'ers:

The Florida legislature has recently approved a new license tag which was developed by the Florida Foundation for Responsible Angling. Proceeds from the new tag will go towards educating kids about the proper ethics and responsibilities associated with salt water fishing. Please consider getting one if you like to fish, it's a good cause and a great-looking tag!

Thanks for getting rid of the monster photo, Wiley. Next time, I'll have it down.

Actually, I know how to re-size but since the picture is a direct link from Florida's website it was easier than saving it, resizing it, adding it to a website and then posting it...what I'm saying is I'm lazy .
Here ya go

Do you have to wait till your tag expires or can you just go get the plate? How much extra is it for the plate?

You can get one anytime, but if your old tag is still good, you have to turn it in to them. That's what I did, and it cost me $32, $22 for the tag, and $10 to change it over.

Definately gonna go on down to the DMV and pick me up one of those, we finally got a good tag for the offshore fisherman (there's like 2 or 3 back country one's I believe).
