He said he does plan on this but Ron has alot of irons in the fire. I'll give him a yell soon and see if I can get better info. Last he said was that he planned to re-start this spring. He intends to start up in the Keys...

If you are talking about mine, I put a 250 on it last fall, new stereo, had the bottom redone to get rid of the ugly bottom paint....

I just drove by Plantation Boat Mart in Islamorada. They had a black Key Hopper on a trailer in the corner lot by the road. Black hull, white decks, no motor, no rigging. No for sale either.

Sharp looking boat! Anybody know who this boat belongs to? If not, might be worth a phone call to Plantation to see if it is for sale. Looks like it was freshly painted.

Default new keyhopper passenger

looking for one for myself, my friend started taking me fishing as part of my recovery he has a keyhopper, I was a go fast boater for ages but now I have so many fond memories on the key hopper i either have to get one for myself or marry the guy I caught my first tarpin on it, my first red fish and the prettyist trout u ever did see. I now am the proud owner of a brand new tarpin rig and a light to medium rig as well. I always fished but fresh water, i caught my second tarpin last weekend we jumped four in two hours. what a blast. anyway they are great boats.
