what you will need to do is take a measurement where all the walls will be and multiply by 8 foot tall. then measure the roof areas and add about 4 feet to each measuerment if your floor measurement is 35X22 your new measurement will be 39X26. add all the measurements and thats your total square footage. Average pricing here in South Florida is about $15.00 a square foot this pricing also includes one door, if you want a second door it runs about another $250.00 Pool enclosures are not cheap and some insurance companies do not cover them. just saw the glass part.. this pricing is for screen from my estimating software.

Hey, mako, if you're getting $15 a square foot for a screen pool enclosure, I want to dump my company and come to work for you!

My screened enclosurecost about $10 per square foot and had to be engineered as a stand-alone structure rated at 140 MPH winds.

If you enclose with a roof and glass, you better have some big fans for venthilation.

Price has come down drasticly. New pricing update has dropped it down to about 9-10 a SF. The $15 is what Exactimate was quoting us for the Broward area, but pricing update (8/1) has dropped. I'm a Public Adjuster trying to help the insureds recover the proper payout on thier claims. I have seen insureds payed $5 a SF on a 2500 SF enclosure and got them the $10 difference.
