Moving to Fort myers area... - The Hull Truth

Hey yall,
Im gonna be moving down near the fort myers area in a few months. Any electronics jobs anyone knows of would be cool to hear about. Anyone know abotu the housing market and jobs and all that. any info would be helpfull.. thanks...Marc

Hi Marc,

Welcome to Fort Myers... I can't help you with the job but I can tell you a little about housing. Expensive! (Taxes/Insurance) For under 400k, you can get a nice house of your choice and live in a nice place. You can do it for 300k also but it seems the real nice places are between 300 and 400k. I don't know where you coming from but it took me by surprize how expensive it is down here expecially since I came from CT. Let me know if you have any particular questions.

Hey good time to move down here, the housing market is hurting and its a super buyers market. Starting to see some waterfront property in the 300k area and lots of good deals to be had around. My mother is a realtor in the area, very familiar with boating needs and the area. Give her a call and shell give you all you could want to know about the area. Patricia @ 239-209-0104. marc, Iagree with sail and fish as I own commercial real estate and by association see alot of residential deal, some water front houses have been sold for what seems to me to be great deals. If your interested, I would be glad to give you my thoughts on some of the possable areas of lee co. depending on what price and investment you seek. On another subject, I am curios to hear more about what type of electronics jobs your after. Jamey
