It is a 2BR/2Bath 1300 sq ft 3rd floor unit in a gated community over looking Molasses Reef marina and the ocean. The boat ramp is free and there is daily and weekly slips available for rent. The property also has a pool, beach, lake, tennis cts and playground for the kids. The unit is about ten to fifteen minutes north of Islamorada, where you will find plenty of great charter boats to fish from and restaurants to cook your catch. I assume that this is a place that you own. Do you rent it out regularly year round? If so, I might be interested next summer (July?) for a week or 10 days. We really like the Key Largo area (my daughter and I are divers) and your unit sounds ideal for us...

Wife and I spend a couple of weeks in the Keys every year. We usually go to Marathon; but have good friends in Ocean Reef. Maybe someday I can afford the membership fee than I worry about buying a condo. Send me your rates. Do you still the Sandpiper? Someday I have to get over; but tell the wife I am going fishing!!!
