Default WTB: Penn Swivel Base and gimbal rod mount.
Wanted to buy used peen down rigger swivel bass and gimbal rod mount. Does not matter what sshape it is in as long as it works. I would rather not pay 200 dollars for this stuff so Im turning to you guys!

I have a Penn gimbal rod mount that is the larger size - it worked on my old boat but not on my new boat. PM me if you're interested.
