Is this an internal antenna model or do you have to supply an external? Also, not knowing much about the bluechart software, if you have the unlock code can you upload whatever charts anywhere in the US onto your computer and then onto the unit, or do you need to pay for unlock codes for specific areas, as I would need them for the Charleston, SC area. Does the computer interface allow you to write these charts to the memory card, or do you need something else to do it?

the charts are by the area i believe but not sure never used this one as I said brand new. I do have the writer to write to the card somewhere will include it.
