This rod comes with all PACIFIC BAY components (Eliminator roller guides and top, Heavy Duty Aluminum Machined Hood Reel Seat and Aluminum Short Butt). This hollow rod blank is made with 90% carbon fiber and 10% E-glass.

PLEASE NOTE: This rod will not fit any 130# class reel. If you are looking for a 130# rod for 130# class reel, please contact us. We do have other model 130# class rod with #6 butt.

Our rods have been tested and used in PEI BFT last couples seasons. A picture shows that our rod (7'0" THUNDER series 80 Lbs rod) caught a 985 lbs BFT, and it is still kicking. It will be back to service this coming BFT season with few other of its brother in PEI. Our rods are excellent.

Specifications
  • Blue and silver diamond pattern wrapping.
  • Heavy duty hollow rod blank with 90% carbon and 10% E-glass.
  • 100-130# rod blank class.
  • 5 blue Pacific Bay ERG roller guides (ERG04-US x 1, ERG03-US x 2, ERG02-US x 1 and ERG01-US x 1 )
  • 1 blue Pacific Bay ERT roller tip (ERT22-US).
  • Double roller guide (closest to the reel sit).
  • One piece Pacific Bay #4 aluminum short bent butt in silver color.
  • High quality EVA grip (non slippy when wet).
  • Around 2 lbs 10ozs with bent butt attached.
  • 51 inches without any butt attached in length.
  • Overall length is 5'6" with butt attached.
  • Made in Taiwan. (we have a rod manufacturer builds these rods for us per our specifications. Beware, just because some sellers posts feel like they are implied their product rod/reel is made in the USA, but it is NOT always THE truth... We will not mislead any customer on our products).
