Here's the deal...my cousin had a 2000 Yamaha F115 and sold it, he sold it before replacing his water pump, but had already bought the kit.

I was able to use all of the parts except the "outer plate, cart." which is the plate that goes underneath the impeller. Seems yamaha changed the design of the plate between the 2000 F115 and the 2003 F115.

Anyhow, the part number I have to give away is 6E5-44323-00-00. This is about a $25 item from the dealer. If this fits your motor and you want it then simply PM me and its yours for shipping only, which should be minimal.
