RE: Clarion XMD1 Marine Stereo, Remote and Speakers Some members asked if there is iPod or XM receiver hook-up. The answer is no, but
Clarion FM modulator "Clarion FM200S" can be purchased (from many places on-line) for $34...$55.
Here is an example link to crutchfield.com:
http://www.crutchfield.com/S-yEAE4fh...display=XL#Tab
Actually any good quality modulator can be used. Make sure it says "PLL syntesized" in description.
Another note: some satellite radio receivers have built-in modulators.
Good luck.

RE: Clarion XMD1 Marine Stereo, Remote and Speakers Come on. $199.00 is a good price for that setup. That unit isn't even being made anymore. How much can you have in it

RE: Clarion XMD1 Marine Stereo, Remote and Speakers My offer still stands. Acton is the next town over from here. Shipping would be free
I'd even go pick it up
Next best plan is to do what a lot of you guys do. Go buy a car unit and beat the hell out of it for a year or 2 then move on

RE: Clarion XMD1 Marine Stereo, Remote and Speakers big bite
it may be even better that you didn't spend $200 on this radio.
As you can see above you can get it for $49
Sorry for not responding first time.
Good luck.
