GOLDEN BOAT LIFT 12500lb capacity only $4K SOLD SOLD
Selling my lagoon front Home in Manahawkin NJ 08050 I have a 2 year old in great shape Golden ELEVATER style aluminum boat lift (currently holds my 32 Yellowfin that's up for sale on the boats for sale section) with remote control that the people that made an offer on the house have no interest in was curious to see if anyone would be interested in at $5k but I have to know kwick since we are going back anf forth with offers on the property
removal would have to be by the buyer
I can send some pics just pm me or email msilvaccd@gmail.com
thanks

Reason: more info
Jeez, Manny you're selling the lift too?! You are serious about that new property aren't you?! I guess you'll be looking for a spot on my boat...
I can vouch for the lift, it is really nice and works flawlessly.
I don't really want to bother with the lift but the potential buyers are not boaters and really don't see any value on the lift i may wind up just moving it to the new location , looks like the cost is around 4k to have it removed and installed , I really didn't want to bother since I don't know what boat will be next and it will be a while before I get one for sure

Yep , will finally take you up on your invites to go fishing , on the bright side you may be able to keep your boat at my house since I won't have one and save some $$ on the marina fees , the new property is closer to the inlet
Got an idea, sell the house to a boater Wheres the listing????
that would be a great idea I always thought the boat lift would be an asset for the sale of the house but what can I do these people happen not to be boaters but want the water front for other reasons I may just move it I rather sell it since I'll be boatless for a little while
I should also mention that the lift currently had my 32 YELLOWFIN on it but it originally had my CATAMARAN on it as well has the longer arms on it so its very versitale
