Mike, your a piece of ... , I hope, you come to S. Florida. I have your cell phone info. It's not the money, it's the character, or lack of. This guy sold my a tank with a hole in it that was patched with Silicone. And then went off on me on my cell phone, I'll post it later.

Uh oh, looks like between this thread and the Labor Day weekend, I'm gonna need some more beer........

On a serious note though, hopefully the hole was on the topside and the tank is still useable and didn't alter your Tortugas trip. Still a low life POS thing to do by advertising something in great condition when you know other wise. I have sold many things that were useable and functioned well, but in less than stellar condition, but the buyer always knew the defect up front and was looking for a bargain.

Believe me, you would also.

Ok

I offered you your money back straight off the bat in the first second after explaining you had a issue with the tank and you started on and on about how you called ATL Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah ................ WHo Cares , I offered you your money back right away.

despite the fact that you had not even filled the tank and or even tested it to see if it is leaking. ( which the tank does not)

I asked you clearly if the tank leaked and you said "NO" " it just looks like the tank has been patched"

You basically went on trying to boss me around and interrupted me 5 different times before i blew up on you and told you to go screw yourself.

You have the contact info you need for a refund , so i suggest you quit trolling and handle your business cause you can post all you want now, i am not helping you after the way you acted today plus the posts on here.

Also learn that you get way more with being nice , rather than being an aZZhole !

Thats all Folks

You base all your comments on what this guy posted and you have no idea what the status of the tank is .

Please try to refrain for blasting someone with ever having seen the issue at hand .

Geez................

Sorry, but I read your original post before you deleted it. In your description, you said the tank was in "great condition". No where did you mention a hole or a hole that has been patched. I also would have been pissed had I bought an item that was described in "great condition" and when I received it found a hole that had been patched. Then again, I have driven four hours or more to see a boat that was described in "excellent" condition that was a total POS. Guess you just can't trust sellers.

Just post up the outcome, whether you refunded the money or he decided to keep the tank.

Hopefully you two can work it out.

First of the post is removed because the tank is sold , read the rules.

Second : I will state again I Offered to refund him which you fail to except.

Third: the tank was used in great condition and the tank has no holes and doesn't leak .

Fourth: the tank lists for 600 , he paid 250 which included the shipping which was 30 bucks. He got a good deal and complained before a problem came about because there is some 5200 on the bottom of the tank . I offered him his money back despite him not having any leak.

Lastly, if you read his post you can only imagine what a joy krugger is to deal with.

Thanks

He sold me the tank with hole that was patched with white Silicone, the hole is on the bottom. I would never do business with this individual again. I'm not at where the tank is, but I will post a picture and everyone can make up their own mine. Mike states is has no hole, no not after he patched it with silicone and didn't post it in his add.
Funny hoe you deleted the post, right after I called you out, I tried to work it out with you, your a bad egg.

If the tank was patched and that was not disclosed to you before you bought it then he is in the wrong and you have every right to return it and get a refund. I would never take the chance of using a bladder tank that had been patched. If I purchased one that was miss represented in the ad I would be pissed. So do you know for certain if it has been patched? Tarpon hasn't clarified if it has or not.

Ok Say you tried to work it out with me by being a complete fucking ass hole to me on the phone, then email , then forum and instant message.

Then still expecting some great outcome on your behlaf, you must drive a short bus or something.

Why did you not box it up and send it back ???

Lets See , thats really wierd ............maybe you are using it and then want your money back ??? Not Sure.

Also you cant say and havent said the tank leaks cause it doesnt and not due to any patch which i never made.

You have my address, theTANK and The Box , i offered you your money back and you are still going on and on ................

Now you think your getting help after everything you have posted and your manners on the phone.

Dude , YOU ARE THE WORLDS BIGGESTEST TOOL>

Here is a warning to all sellers , KRUGGER3 is a duche bag !

I have sold hundreds of items on this board and have never had any issues what so ever ..................Now all the sudden i have one bad buyer and half several here on the forum have come down on me without any knowledge of the facts beisdes what duche bags states when they didnt even buy the item and have no stake in this what so ever.

I will also say that i have reported you and this thread to the moderators ...................." big help there guys "

Thanks THT

In the mean time and for the final time as i am done with this forum for a while and wont be back to check up on Duche Bags Next Blog.........

I will use EBAY which has a much better format for issues and not some 3rd world forum board that lets people Stone each other in the court yard
