Taxes are about $4,000 a year.Insurance is $1,700 per year,hoa dues is $168.00 quarterly, landscaper charges $70.00 per month. There is a yearly charge of $130.00 per year if you want to be a member of the private beach

I am confused. Did someone buy it short for $240k and is trying to flip it? Those numbers are are all over the place.

looks like it was bought on a short sale of 240K or less, buyer completely upgraded house and is now selling. People do it all the time.

Man, to be on the water and buy a house for $240 or $300 would have been unheard of a few years ago.

If the Keys have the same deals, I might be moving down there sooner than I thought.........

Good luck with the sale, looks like a good deal.
