1992 Johnson 225hp 20" shaft. Motor runs ok. Had a rebuild about 10 years ago. VRO was taken off immediately following. The lower unit is not shifting into reverse as of 3 weeks ago. Now sure if it is a gear problem or a linkage problem. Power trim works fine. Motor has about 750 total hours that we know of. Cowling is showing some age.

I'd prefer not to have to deal with shipping.
