I had a PM this morning before any posts were made here, but have not received payment, so I'll consider them still available.

As far as fitting a 7 y/o, I don't know. I guess it depends on their size. My son is an average sized to maybe just a bit tall kid. They fit him perfect when he was 6. The bibs started to become somewhat short on the legs the winter he was 7. If you want to take a chance on them, it's totally up to you. If you're interested, paypal the funds to stenzelk@gmail.com.
