2004 Chevrolet Tahoe 4x4

I am looking to sell or trade my 2004 Tahoe. It currently has 122,xxx miles, has push button 4x4, running boards, cloth bench seats, in great shape, KBB is around $15k. Great truck, auto tire pressure sensors, towing package, PW/PL/AC, 5.3L V8, etc.

What I would trade for? $14,000 cash, truck of equal value or my truck plus cash. Trucks I am interested in:

Z71 Chevy/GMC or 2500 Gas/Diesel GMC/Chevy/Ford(not gas).
This is not my truck, but the same color/style except my windows are not tinted.
