Yes. Not very big, though--I had planned to expand it. There is a Public launch 200 yds from the driveway.

Also--attached covered storage for 2 vehicles and 2 boats.

I would love it just no way I can. Many moons ago you could load the boat with red fish in Wonder Lake. I lived in Baton Rouge,La. when I fished that area.
